how we got here
Well, it started out as a distant dream. We knew we wanted to have property in Newfoundland to be close to Tyler's family. We currently live in Ontario, so being able to escape to Newfoundland and visit family is very important to us.
Fast forward to March 2022. Christina decide to browse the houses that were for sale along the coast in Newfoundland--that is when she stumbled upon a stunning oceanfront A-Frame.
We set up a virtual walk through, and as soon as we saw it, we knew it was meant for us! We put in an offer, which was accepted, and crossed our fingers that we would be able to get approved for a mortgage! Somehow, it all ended up working out, and the beautiful yellow A-frame was in our name!
Our first in-person visit wasn't until months later, and we fully furnished the entire home in 48 hours before we had to catch our flight back to Ontario (yup--it was as stressful as it sounds lol).
We knew we wanted to share our home with you during the months that we are unable to be there. So the Coastal Cliff House was born!

I grew up in Labrador City, where my dad and siblings still live. I came to Ontario to pursue hockey, and ended up building a life here.
I work as an electrician here in Ontario, and would love to open my own company one day.
On my spare time, I enjoy hunting and golfing.

I am a full time photographer, specializing in weddings & elopements. I am lucky enough to call this my career for the last 12 years.
In 2016 I graduated from the University of Toronto and earned my science degree. Although I don't use my degree, I am proud of myself for doing it.
I am passionate about travelling, and my photography career has brought us to locations all around the world.
I am always daydreaming about our next adventure, and the Coastal Cliff House is one of my favourite accomplishments to date!

if you've been to Newfoundland, you already know how incredible it is. For us, it was the perfect location for our vacation home because it's close to family & Newfoundland has so much untouched beauty.
What appealed to us when we first saw the Coastal Cliff House was how rugged and natural the land was. We are nature lovers, and we want to show you everything Newfoundland has to offer
